We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and energetic General Manager to join our hospitality business, WEST on the Green in Glasgow.

You will be responsible for all day-to-day operations ensuring the venue runs smoothly and successfully. You will provide leadership, support, and strategic thinking to the Front of House and kitchen teams in support of our brand & service culture, maximizing operational performance, profitability, and guest satisfaction. You will be an ambassador for the brand and the venue while developing a positive and inclusive work culture for employees. You will work very closely with the senior management and ensure that all work contributes positively towards the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities.

· Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations and quality measures across bar, restaurant, and events spaces.

· Establish and maintain an operating plan that delivers success in line with company vision and strategy.

· Achieve departmental budget and KPI’s.
