WEST Brewery (Noah Beers Limited) has a no hassle 30 days returns policy for unwanted or faulty goods. Our aim is to make this process as simple as possible.

If there is a problem with your order, items are faulty, or you wish to return goods for any other reason, please contact us at shop@westbeer.com where a member of our team will respond to your enquiry.

If you are returning faulty goods or goods sent due to an error on our part, a full refund including return postage costs will be refunded to you or replacement goods sent to you free of charge.

If you are returning unwanted goods the customer is liable to pay return postage costs.

When returning goods, please ensure that all goods are returned in their original packaging and are in resale condition.

Once received in our warehouse, returned goods will be checked prior to a refund or replacement being issued.

Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
